January 2010 The Beginning

Today 1/6/10. Quiet since arriving here in Stuart. Little repair, general maintenance, nothing important. Had a nice Turkey Day with Shriley's family. Went to Boston and Maine for the Christmas Holiday, fantastic time. New Year eve at Faulkner Hospital in Boston. Took a spill new year afternoon in JP on Center Street, split my skull. Very glad I was with Joe M. Put a damper in everyone's NY but we had takeout at their house. Six staples in my head. Back in Fla, weather has been COLD, record low temperatures but better than at home. Had staples out yesterday, having my first drink tonight in 10 day. Luggage arrived this afternoon, I shipped it. Weather will improve. Tomorrow weather permitting a bit of a ride (Pecks Lake).
